RP6 — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RP6 ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and George Ojomo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely to provide you with the App's functionality.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may require payment. Payments are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Apple's payment terms and applicable subscription terms.
• That subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• That you may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by George Ojomo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEORGE OJOMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date or through in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
