George Ojomo ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RP6 productivity application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use RP6. Please read it carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

2.1 Information You Provide

• User-generated content: habit entries, journal text, budget data, and other content you create within the App. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Payment information: when you make a purchase, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and our subscription manager (RevenueCat). We never receive or store your full card number.
• Communications: messages or feedback you send us directly.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, and crash logs may be transmitted to help diagnose issues.
• AI Reframe data: when you use the AI Journal Reframe feature, the journal text you submit is sent to our AI provider for processing and discarded after the response is returned. It is not stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Respond to your support requests and communications.
• Monitor usage to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: third parties that assist us in operating the App (cloud hosting, payment processors, AI providers, analytics). They are contractually required to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

RP6 is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
